I have a product which is a solid headcalming stick. The formuation is tried and tested. On a recent batch the batch has gone cloudy and has lost it solidness. This is not uniform through the batch though.


The formulation is as follows


Levo menthol
MPG
Butyl Glycol
EDTA  
10% Sodium Hydroxide
Peg 8 Disterate
Sodium Sterate
Water
Lutrol F127
